The 2025 WGI calendar includes multiple Color Guard, Percussion, and Winds Regionals throughout the United States. These competitions are “mini-championship” events with excited crowds and attract heavy-hitting competitors. Each event will draw an estimated crowd of over 2,000 directors, fans, parents, and participants. Regional can be either 1 or 2 day events.
Expo booth space will be available for all Regionals in a high-traffic area. Depending upon the region, there is usually a six-foot undraped table, two folding chairs, and two wristbands that will be provided compliments of WGI. Additional tables and electricity for some events may be provided upon advance request only, and may be an additional expense.
