One main goal of the WGI Future Leaders Program is to allow the Future Leaders Program participants to serve as a bridge between the WGI Board of Directors and the Performing Membership. The first step of this process happened during a recent virtual WGI Board of Directors meeting where members of the 2021 WGI Future Leaders Program joined to talk a little about their first project!
Their first project included making five recommendations to the board of items they would suggest to make WGI a stronger organization. In the video below, FLP member Grantis Peranda talk a little more about his experiences during their first assignment!
The I AM WGI: Future Leaders Program (FLP) aims to lay the groundwork for mentorship of young leaders from the performer ranks of WGI. This program is a comprehensive mentorship and leadership opportunity for highly qualified young people from the performer ranks of WGI.
