WGI Sport of the Arts is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Digital Marketing Manager to work at our headquarters in Dayton, Ohio. POSITION DESCRIPTION

For this full-time, in-office position, we are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to create compelling visual content that communicates our mission, engages our audience, and strengthens our brand. This person will also implement and optimize our online marketing strategies. This position requires initiative, and candidates must be able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics for print and digital media platforms, including social media, flyers, email campaigns, brochures, websites, posters, and other event collateral.
  • Develop branding elements, including logos, color schemes, and visual guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling projects.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across email, social media, website, and display advertising.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output. 
  • Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to refine digital efforts.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all communication platforms.
  • Develop and manage email marketing newsletters.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Assist with Merchandise design, promotion and sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and branding.
  • Experience with social media graphics and digital marketing materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, business, communications, or years of proven work in a related field.
  • Strong social media, email marketing, SEO knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking abilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, Mailchimp, or Hootsuite are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of website design via WordPress is a plus.
