WGI requires that registered groups complete a series of requirements in order to compete. Specific information on each requirement can be found at the links below.

Prior to working with performers, each staff member must complete:

- SafeSport Training or SafeSport Refresher Course
- Background Checks (good for two years)

Due 60 Days after registration or by the entry deadline date, whichever comes first:
- Event Registration Fees Paid
- Master Agreement (Note: For Combined Schools, it must be uploaded by the entry deadline date)
- Insurance Certificate (Independent Groups Only)
- Staff List (on Director’s Dashboard)
Due by January 1, 2025:
Due by entry deadline date (6 weeks before the event):
- Performer Release Forms
- Copyright Requirements
- Spiel Sheet Information(on CompetitionSuite)
PLEASE NOTE: For late or last minute registrations, all requirement due dates are still valid.
