Regardless of the withdraw date, all entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a group has registered for an event, they are responsible for paying any fees and associated penalties for that event.
Any group withdrawing from a regional after the entry deadline or that fails to appear will be assessed a penalty of $200.00 which must be paid prior to World Championships.

Groups withdrawing from any contest must do so by using this form prior to the penalty deadline date to avoid the late withdraw penalty. Groups must be prepared to show proof that they submitted this form to avoid the penalty. No verbal or email changes to entries will be accepted.
You will receive an email confirmation that this form has been submitted.

If you would like to transfer your entry fee to another event, then you will be able to do so at the bottom of this form.

Rules and Regulations
1. The new event must still be open. This means that the event cannot have a waiting list and it must be prior to the new event's entry deadline date.
2. Your group will lose the original postmark date. The new postmark date with be the date that this form is submitted.
3. Your group must transfer out of the previous event prior to the entry deadline date for that event.
4. All entry fees and transfer fees are non-refundable.
