Those group’s who have already paid for the regional event that has changed from a two day to a one day event should complete this form. WGI will reimburse your group for the difference between a two day event and a one day event via check. Please provide the group’s name and mailing address via this form by Friday, December 8^th to ensure prompt refund. Those groups who do not provide their mailing address by December 8^th may not receive their refund until the conclusion of the season.
