Staff List

WGI requires that all groups provide a full staff list on the Director’s Dashboard.  Staff lists should include any individual who has contact with, access to, or authority over members, including but not limited to design and artistic staff, technical staff, and administrative staff.  Primary, Secondary, and Financial Contacts may enter or edit the staff list on the Director’s Dashboard.

 

It is the Director’s responsibility to ensure that the staff list is accurate, complete, and that each member has met the Background Check and SafeSport Training Requirements prior to working with performers. In order for qualified groups to send a representative to the Advisory Board Meeting, that person must appear on the group’s published staff list as of April 1st. WGI will conduct regular and random audits to ensure compliance.
