Broken Arrow High School in Broken Arrow, OK is currently accepting resumes for the position of Color Guard Director for the 2024 fall marching season. Interested candidates should contact Kelli Pence, Director of Bands, at kjpence@baschools.org.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Looking for a talented/responsible/committed person to take ownership of all aspects of the color guard. Duties include recruitment and retention, teaching and cleaning of drill, dance, and equipment. Ability to write is preferred.
Skills/Experience:
Individual should be highly organized and possess strong skills in teaching, marching, visual, choreography and performance. DCI and/or WGI experience is preferred but not required. Possibility of adding a winter guard does exist. Salary commensurate with experience.
