Seeking Color Guard Director / Robinson HS, Robinson, Texas / The award winning Robinson HS Color Guard is seeking a guard director for the upcoming season.
This position will be responsible for furthering the direction of our award winning program. The guard director will be expected to be at all morning rehearsals, games, and competitions.
There is also class times that are build into the schedule from 9-11:10 each day. Expected rehearsals are M-F from 7-8AM and Monday afternoons from 430-630pm. The schedule is flexible for winter season.
The guard director position is not a district position, but is funded through the boosters and district stipend. The pay for this contracted position is $12,000. This position could possibly be combined with he current position open at Baylor University to subsidize the position.
The ideal candidate will have previous successful instructional experience as well as a strong background in the color guard arts.
