Those group’s who have already paid for the regional event that has changed from a two day to a one day event should complete this form. WGI will reimburse your group for the difference between a two day event and a one day event via check. Please provide the group’s name and mailing address via this form by Friday, December 8th to ensure prompt refund. Those groups who do not provide their mailing address by December 8th may not receive their refund until the conclusion of the season.
