To submit a proposal, please complete this form with as much information as possible. If you are affiliated with multiple groups, you must select one group to submit your proposal on its behalf. Once submitted, your proposal will be sent to your group’s primary contact for their approval. If you have any questions, please email Wayne Dillon, Director of Winds, at wadillion@wgi.org.

Proposals for policy and rule changes must be submitted to the WGI office by 5:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, May 16th. Submissions received after the deadline will not be eligible for consideration. We value your input and encourage individuals to address the Advisory Board to advocate for your proposal. Should you wish to attend the meeting to speak on your ideas, please contact the WGI office for more information.

All proposals adopted by the Advisory Board will be forwarded to the Governance Committee for review and then to the WGI Board of Directors for final approval.
