Bio
Sam Gervaise has enjoyed more than 20 years of experience in the pagaentry arts as a performer, instructor, and adjudicator. In addition to marching with the Rochester Patriots, he has extensive teaching experience which began in 1995 with Central Square High School. More recently, Sam has served for over 10 years as colorguard caption head and instructor for the New York State Champion West Genesee Marching Band. A member of the New York Federation of Contest Judges, he has been judging since 2002. Professionally, Sam chairs the Science Department at West Genesee High School, where he has been teaching for 20 years. He lives in Syracuse, NY.
