Bio
A native of New Brighton, Minnesota, Kim has been involved in the pageantry arts for over 20 years. In the mid-90s, she performed with the Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps Color Guard. Since that time, she has enjoyed a prolific career as a designer, choreographer, teacher, clinician, and adjudicator. Some of her teaching affiliations include: Irondale High School (2002 WGI SO Gold Medalists and 2003 WGI SW World Finalists), Minnesota Brass, Inc., and Grenada High School. Kim has been a member of the Gulf Coast Judges Association since 2009 and also serves as an adjudicator for Winter Guard International. During the day, Kim is a band director in the Grenada School District (Grenada, MS). There she serves as the director of the 7th grade band program, the visual designer and program coordinator of the marching band, and director of the middle and high school color guard programs. She resides in Grenada, Mississippi with her husband, Joe, 9-year-old daughter, Abigail, and two fur-babies, Zoe and Coco.
