Bio
Dan has been a member of the New York Federation of Contest Judges since the late 70’s. He has served as the color guard caption coordinator during that time. Dan has been an adjudicator for WGI for over 30 years, specializing in EA/DA He has served on the WGI task force as the EA caption representative many times. Dan has also judged for DCA, where he served as the visual caption coordinator, DCI and many marching band circuits throughout the country.

Dan’s teaching and designing experiance includes the Marcus Whitman colorguard and Marching band and the Patriots Drum and Bugle Corps. Dan has also been the color guard caption coordinator, visual coordinator and drill designer for the West Genesee Marching band. Dan has also been the drill designer for many other marching bands around the country.

Dan lives with his wife Jackie (also a WGI judge) and their 2 children in Camillus, NY, where he is a commodities trader.
