Curtis Costanza is currently the chief judge for WGI; he resides in Vancouver, Washington. He has extensive judging experience with Drum Corps International, Winter Guard International, Bands of America, Winter Guard Association of Southern California, Florida Federation Color Guard Circuit, and is the current judges coordinator for the North West Association for Performing Arts. Internationally, he has judged in Japan, The Netherlands and England. Previously he has served as an equipment facilitator for WGI and was on staff of the San Jose Raiders and Northern Lights world color guards.
