Bio Will has been involved in the marching and pageantry arts as a performer, educator, and designer for over 20 years. As a performer, he served as the drum major for the Pride of Missouri State Band and marched in the horn line for the Glassmen and Phantom Regiment Drum & Bugle Corps. Will has taught and designed for marching bands, winter guards, and winter drum lines in Kansas, Missouri, and Texas. He served as a contest director and T&P judge for the North Texas Colorguard Association beginning in 2016, and worked his first WGI show as a T&P judge in 2017. His full-time career is as a higher education educator and administrator and he recently completed a doctorate in Educational Leadership (Ed.D.) from Tarleton State University. Will is currently the Director of the Teaching & Learning Center at Midland College in Midland, TX, where he resides with his wife (Anna) and two children.
