Dale White, Dayton, Ohio, is a General Effect judge for WGI and has served continuously for numerous years. As a National Champion baton twirler, Dale studied with WGI Hall of Fame member, Fred Miller, and was a member of the Miller's Blackhawks Musical Corps. Locally, he is a member of the Ohio Music Educators Association.
In addition to his WGI participation, Dale is actively involved with coaching and judging baton twirling, an activity that has taken him to some 25 countries. Under the structure of the United States Twirling Association and the World Baton Twirling Federation, he serves as the Judges Representative for the USA.
