Hello!
We have a Color Guard Director position open at Mckinney North HS in McKinney Texas (in the DFW area). This is a growing area and we are a growing program! The Administration, Parents, and Band staff are all very supportive of the Guard program
The Guard Director will be paid via the District, with health benefits available
• Must be able to choreograph the Guard work (you will get guidance from our design team)
• Must have prior Teaching Experience
• Responsible for all After school rehearsals for Fall and Winter
• Will teach one class per Day
• Must work with the design team throughout the Fall for direction on dance and choreo
We need someone who can recruit and bring a culture of Positivity to the program! We have an awesome team here at North and want to round it out with someone great for our Guard. The Program has huge growth potential with a District wide Cadet Guard program being put in place this coming Winter, which we did not previously have. The kids are awesome kids and work hard.
