Circuit Rulebooks

There are two options to purchase rulebooks.

1. You may purchase hard copies in bulk at a cost of $15 each, plus shipping.
2. You may download a copy of the rulebook for distribution to your circuit members for $195. If you choose the download option, you MUST put it behind a login portion of your website and not out on the public part of your website.
