2021 WGI Virtual Season Uploads & Performance FAQ
When do I upload my video?
Each participating group or individual is responsible for uploading the video to FloMarching within the designated upload window.
Video Upload Dates
It is suggested that you upload your video by Monday evening of the designated upload window to ensure there are no issues.
How do I upload my video?
Instructions for uploading your video will be sent each week when the designated upload window opens.
I am participating in multiple events, can I upload my video once for all of my separate events?
No, each event will need to be uploaded separately, even if you are using the same video for all your events.
Who do I contact if I run into an issue uploading my video?
There will be instructions in the upload email that will address what to do if you run into any issues while uploading your video.
Do I need a subscription to FloMarching to upload my video?
No, a subscription is not required to upload the video. Details to set up a free account (if you do not already have one) to upload your video will be sent via email.
If you have a subscription to FloMarching, you may use that account to upload your video.
When does my group perform?
All performances will be hosted on FloMarching.com beginning at 9 am on Saturday through 11:59 pm Sunday during that event weekend.
How do my parents/fans access our video?
Parents/Fans can go to https://www.flomarching.com/ to sign up.
How do I access my judge’s feedback commentary?
Judge commentary will be located on www.CompetitionSuite.com.
How do I access CompetitionSuite?
Starting on January 15th, the primary and secondary contacts for groups registered for 2021 Virtual Events will receive instructions to create/update their account and set a password.
Starting on February 9th, Small Ensembles and Soloists will receive instructions to create their account and set a password.
Instructions on Accessing Judge Commentary thru CompetitionSuite will be emailed in February.
When are the awards?
Awards will be available on a free live stream on FloMarching.com each event weekend, Sunday at 5 pm eastern.
When/Where are scores/ratings published?
Scores/ratings will be published on WGI.org shortly after the conclusion of the live awards show each Sunday.
How do I know if my group made it to the next round of competition?
Those soloists/groups who progress to the next round of competition will be announced during the “live” awards on Sunday and then published on WGI.org after the awards ceremony has concluded.
When do I receive the digital award?
Digital awards will be sent to the primary contact email we have on file for each participant/group during the week following their performance.
