Q. When can I log on?
A. The first performance on Friday April 13th will begin at 8:45 a.m. EST. Registration will take approximately 3-4 minutes.
Q. Can I close my window and come back to the streaming video?
A. Yes. Your “Day Pass” allows one viewer to log in and out anytime throughout that day.
Q. Does the WGI LIVE WEBCAST cost anything?
A. Yes. The cost of a Friday pass is $9.95 and Saturday pass is $14.95.

Q. Will archived performances be available to watch after the event is over?
A. No. Due to our first year with live streaming we will not be offering these streaming videos online after the event.
Q. Do I need a broadband connection to view content?
A. Yes. Dial-up connections will not be supported for this Webcast.
Q. What are your minimum system requirements?
A. For the best WGI LIVE WEBCAST experience, Internet Explorer (IE) 6 or above with Windows Media Player (WMP) version 9 or above is recommended.
If you have a PC and are experiencing difficulties, run a Windows Update to obtain the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player and try again.
If you have IE 6 or above with WMP 9 or above and continue to experience problems, be sure your broadband connection is capable of sustaining a transfer rate of 300 kbps. You can check your transfer rate at this website. Choose the Chicago, IL. server.
