WINNER ANNOUNCED IN WORLD-WIDE PRO-MARK CONTEST

Pro-Mark Corporation, the world's largest manufacturer dedicated exclusively to the design, production, and distribution of drumsticks, mallets, and percussion accessories is pleased to announce that Tony Krankkala from Goteborg, Sweden was has won a trip for two to see Simon Phillips and Toto in concert in Hamburg, Germany on August 10th.

The trip includes round-trip airfare for two, two nights of luxurious hotel accommodations, transportation to and from the destination airport, transportation to and from the concert venue, free VIP concert tickets, and backstage passes to meet Simon and the other band members.

It turns out that Tony had just returned to drumming after taking a break for several years. He got back into it when his brother called and asked if Tony wanted to join him in an 80's cover band called "Cowboys From Hell." Tony's first step was to visit Gothenburg's biggest drum store, Buller & Bang, to buy 12 pairs of sticks.

Tony says, "Pro-mark 5A is the natural choice since I'm a really hard hitting drummer and they are the most consistent. I did not realize it would take me to meet the members of Toto. I knew about the contest going on but normally you never believe you actually will win, so my band members had to push me some to enter. They were the most valuable pairs of sticks I ever bought."

He continues and laughs. "I just started the first day of my summer vacation and had no plans when you guys called me. Now I'm bringing my girlfriend to Hamburg and the TOTO concert for free! I hope to keep you posted with the hi-life we intend to enjoy there!"
