Color Guard

WGI has redesigned the process for becoming a judge for WGI. Potential candidates should have a strong history of judging color guard or extensive winter guard design experience. Qualified candidates will be asked to complete an application, provide references, and participate in a phone interview. Depending on the level of experience, candidates may also be asked to complete one or two field trials at a WGI regional.

All judge candidates are reviewed and selected by the WGI steering committee.

If you are interested in becoming a WGI judge please contact Color Guard Coordinator, Dale Powers, at dale@wgi.org.
