WGI is committed to compliance with all US Copyright Laws. Here you will find a list of copyright guidelines
and deadlines each unit MUST comply with in order to compete at WGI Power Regional events and the WGI World Championships.
Units that do not meet these requirements will not be permitted to participate at the WGI Power Regional events and the WGI World Championships.
Copyright is a form of protection provided by the laws of the United States (title 17, U.S. Code) to the authors of
"original works of authorship," and has become a critical issue for the winter pageantry activities. It is extremely important
to understand what is allowed to be used, what isn't, and how to follow the process to make your show legal.
