Winter Storm Warnings Cancel Pittsburgh Regional

The WGI office has been following weather forecasts of a major storm advancing on the East Coast and reports for the Pittsburgh metro area is for 6-10 inches of snow Friday and Saturday. Therefore, in the interest of safety which is our utmost concern, the WGI Pittsburgh Regional has been canceled.
"It's disappointing that after all these months of preparation, performers will not be able to show their talents this weekend but it is better to be cautious and not have color guards traveling in bad weather," said Executive Director Ron Nankervis.
