From a Notre Dame College Indoor Color Guard press release
Notre Dame College Indoor Color Guard (NDCICG) is proud to present their 2013 program entitled "Simple Strings". The twelve young men and women will be performing to St. Andrews Strings' rendition of "Simple Gifts" and The Piano Guys' stirring orchestral interpretation of the same. The show is inspired by the simplicity and timeless beauty of the Simple Gifts melody within the context of string instruments.
Entering their third year of competition, NDCICG is from South Euclid, Ohio, and is comprised of students from Notre Dame College and performers from various Northeastern Ohio high schools. William Neater is the Director of Bands and Indoor Programs and the staff includes Brandy Viol (Colorguard Director), Vanessa Borelly, Sydney McFarland, Scott Markham, and Christin Palumbo.
Notre Dame College Indoor ColorGuard is a proud member of WGI Sport of the Arts and will be competing in Independent A at the Indianapolis Regional, the Mid East Championship in Cincinnati, and World Championships in Dayton, Ohio.
