Robert has been involved with the performing arts for over twenty five years as a performer, instructor, adjudicator and clinician. In 2012, he was inducted into the Winter Guard Association of Southern California Hall of Fame. Currently, Robert judges Movement for Winter Guard International and the WGASC. He is also an Auxiliary and Visual judge for the Western Band Association and the Southern California School Band and Orchestra Association. He is presently the VP - Public Relations for WGASC. Robert has been the instructor/designer of many color guard programs including Esperanza HS, Riverside Community College/Fantasia, Rancho Buena Vista HS, Diamond Bar HS and Los Altos HS. Under his guidance, every one of these schools was a medalist at a WGASC Championship. He has also taught for many summer color guard/dance camps including California Leadership Academy, International Marching Clinics, Camp Esprit, and United Spirit Association.

After receiving his Bachelors of Arts in Communications, Robert began to dance professionally in musical theater productions, stage shows, and theme park entertainment. Robert lived in Japan for two years while working for the Walt Disney Company at Tokyo Disneyland.

Robert recently became a certified Turbo Kickboxing Instructor.
